Information we collect

CareLog Family stores account details such as name and email, plus information users choose to save, including tasks, appointments, expenses, receipts, and care records, to provide the service to your family.

We use information to authenticate users, organise saved entries, send member invitations, and enable authorised collaboration. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing within a family

Users can keep general entries private or share them with their family. Staff advances are visible to the family so owners can review and reimburse them. Member roles determine who can view or change information.

Structured records are stored in the service database, while images and receipts are stored separately. Access requires authentication and family permission checks on the server.
